Yard Sale of Thoughts

Flashback Track #108 asked for listeners to share a song that is a battle cry, a personal mantra of sorts. Most who know me, know my stubbornness. I’m a notorious winner of showdowns, ever since early childhood.

It remains true that I stand firm in my convictions, and I hold fast to my determination to get tasks done. Sometimes, I’ll admit, this makes me the fool. I’m slowly learning to take feedback, take loses, and learn to move past them. But, hey, it’s all about the journey to self-awareness, isn’t it?

So, here is my ultimate battle cry song by the late Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers.
