   I was suddenly at the beach, thanks! ❤️ That video is cool, I’ve never heard of this artist, but she reminds me a little of Janis Joplin’s style of singing. 👍🏻😊

      Thanks so much, John. I actually heard this artist for the first time today and this little poem came from my journal from our latest beach vacation. I’m no longer lazing away on the beach, ah well. It helped me get back there, too.💜

         You’re welcome. 😊 I think I’m a bit older than you so Janis Joplin may not be familiar to you. I haven’t been to a beach for a few years now since the divorce. Her mum lived in Long Beach..

      I hope you get there, Nicole. It’s definitely a happy place for me (land-locked as I usually am), but I tend to try and get to a river or lake frequently and enjoy the water.

         I haven’t been to an ocean beach in 12 years. I went to Lake Erie last summer. But I want to smell the ocean and hear the waves.
