I am a swan among swine
dabbling in a porcelain pond.
A rare bird,
I enjoy my own reflection
in the bubbly brine.
Head upside down,
openly swirled,
I’m happier than ever
with my watery sound.
When I cascade
over the commode,
a resplendent clean,
I watch you splash
and play in blue waves.
Gentle guide,
clean slate,
will you be my forever mate?
One head wears the crown,
but two form the heart.
Before you lock me in my tomb, do your part––
squeeze me,
caress me,
make the gray vanish.
Ah, blanche carte.
Queen of the bathroom.
