After three days labor,
my hands are free,
and I am left to wonder, what do these women see
in my prophetic tapestry?
The waterfall's pebbles
gently nudged loose
will fumble to the gurgling sea.
Side-by-side skyscrapers,
wealthy brothers
will sink simultaneously.
Do they delight at lover's light?
The careful knots
unraveling?
Will they be left rapturous
or in an awful rut?
A future,
I dare not dream, as I
am but the harbinger,
divine intermediary,
emissary of a tapestry.
